Reading Process: You’re Not Much Use to Anyone – 68 Pages In

There’s a point where David is talking to his father on the phone and he mentions how his roommate has a job blogging about celebrities. His father obviously doesn’t approve, which is interesting because David has started a blog commenting on a Music Review company and is gaining a big following.

What I want is to explore that. How does David feel knowing his father would not approve? Instead, I get David telling his father he’ll watch some YouTube videos.

Where is the internal dialogue here? This would be perfect! And honestly, it’s the only thing I’m interested in at the moment.
